Felix Bloch Professor of Theoretical Physics, Stanford University. One of the founding fathers of string theory and the holographic principle, and one of the most gifted physics communicators of his generation.
Ray, in a later letter reflecting on the interview: “I interviewed Susskind as well, and I am certain he is still a strong believer in String Theory given his decades of work on it.”
